We will do our best to honor our preferred bed type and other special requests. All room rates are based on single our double occupancy only and are subject to 13% tax and 10% service charge (in lieu of tips for the maids and bell hops).

MAXIMUM GUESTS PER ROOM

Maximum of three adults per room at an additional charge of $30.00 plus tax and service per night. Children 12 years old and under are free in the room with a maximum of 2 children per room with 2 adults using existing bedding.

CHECK-IN AGE

21 years old

ADVANCED DEPOSIT

A minimum one night deposit plus tax and service is required to guarantee your reservation upon booking. A fifty percent deposit is required during all holiday periods.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

A $25.00 cancellation or change penalty per room will be applied to all reservation under deposit outside of 72 hours prior to the arrival date, excluding holidays.

A one night penalty plus tax and service will be charged for reservations cancelled or changed within 72 hours of the arrival date, excluding holidays.

Fifty percent of holiday deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 15 days of the arrival date.

NOTE: For all cancellation and change purposes, the arrival date is considered to be 12:01 am Pacific Standard time of the day which you are scheduled to arrive at the Hotel.

This Privacy Policy will answer your questions about the type of information we obtain and how we use it. With whom do you share my information?

On occasion, we will send you information about our affiliate companies' offers based on the data that you have provided us. We may also provide information obtained to third party fulfillment vendors contracted to facilitate the distribution of promotions, competitions and other opportunities offered by our affiliated companies. These third party vendors are subject to strict data security and confidentiality requirements and on completing the services contracted, all related information is either returned to Hotel Finisterra or destroyed.

Although in these cases we believe that sharing your data may result in you obtaining opportunities that may be of interest to you, you have the right to send us instructions not to provide your information to any third party. Should you wish that Hotel Finisterra maintain all your information confidential and not share it with any third party, please send such request in writing to Hotel Finisterra, c/o Baja Hotels, 1650 E. River Road, Suite 203, Tucson, AZ, 85718. Your request must include your name, your address and signature. Please allow six to twelve weeks for your request to be processed. After your request has been processed, we shall only disclose any of your information that is required by law.

Sending of Promotional Messages
We only send promotional messages via e-mail if an address has been provided voluntarily and such messages have been requested. Should you wish to delete your e-mail address from our distribution list you may opt-out of the list at anytime.

Control of your password
You are responsible for all actions concerning your User ID and/or password, including the charges made to your account. Therefore, we do not recommend that you disclose your password to any third party. If you opt to share your User ID and/or password or your personal information with third parties, you will be responsible for all actions performed with your account and therefore, you must review such third parties' privacy policies. Should you lose control of your password, you may lose control of your personal information and you may be subject to legal action. It is therefore essential that you change your password immediately if it is in danger. Under no circumstances shall Hotel Finisterra be responsible for the misuse of any User ID and/or password, except in the event of causes imputable exclusively to Hotel Finisterra.

Raffles / Contests
On certain occasions, Hotel Finisterra organizes raffles, contests and offers special promotions. We ask the participants to provide us with contact information, such as an e-mail address. If a visitor to our page participates in a raffle or competition, such information may be used to send notifications related to such raffle or competition, as well as for advertising and commercial purposes. On accepting prizes, winners shall agree that Hotel Finisterra and parties it authorizes, may use their name, photograph, image and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes without any further consideration or consent, unless expressly prohibited by current legislation.
